I had my oil changed here and they were quick and reliable. The shop was clean and coffee and snacks were provided. Great service and treated like family. Also stopped in to have a running light put in and they were able to squeeze me in and accommodate. Really great service ! Thank you!

Was disappointed in the services provided. The underside of my car was dripping with transmission fluid from the service and then the engine oil was 1.5 quarts overfull after they did an oil change.

We’re very sorry to read this, especially coming from someone who has trusted us with their vehicles on multiple occasions. The service you described is not up to our standards. A newer member of our team was involved, and we have addressed the issues internally and used this as a coaching and training opportunity to make sure it does not happen again. As soon as our management team became aware of your concerns, we reached out directly and did our best to make things right. We only wish we had been given the opportunity to address the situation immediately, because we take concerns like this seriously and always want the chance to correct a problem when we fall short. These guys at Pal's are so awesome!!! I am so truly thankful for them. 350 miles from home with nearly 500 miles left to get to where I was headed, my drive belt shredded off on I-75 in the middle of the night. I got off the nearest exit for the night and decided I'd head to Pal's in the morning since they were nearby, showed online to be open on Saturday's, and had an incredible number of very awesome reviews. As far as being able to get back on the road quickly, I was hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Pal's absolutely delivered the best!!! The vibes were just great from the get-go! Clean parking lot, clean shop, clean customer lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. John and all the guys were so nice. They got me worked worked into the shop, got everything fixed up and cleaned up, and got me back on the road in just a few hours! The reasonable fair cost and transparency was so greatly appreciated and the honesty was beautiful. I made it down to Key West then all the way back home to Pensacola with no more car complications or issues. I am so grateful for this place. Thank you sooooo much!!!

Came in to have a piece repaired on my car, I was welcomed with a warm smile and everything was taken care of in the matter of 10 minutes!! I recommend this auto shop if you need any repairs done on your car !!!

I had work done at Pals because of engine lights coming on, and a few months later ended up at Mercedes for similar concerns. Pals charged me for replacement of a fuel filter which was $400+ and the Mercedes dealer showed me that the filter had never been changed. It was rusted and was original Mercedes parts over 6 years old. Also the service codes showed the filter was needing replacement.I wrote to the owners of Pals explaining the situation and asking for a meeting so I could show them the filter, the documentation etc and never got a response back. I would never recommend this business based on fraudulent charges as well as their unwillingness to at least meet with me and discuss my concerns. Was the original mistake deliberate or an oversight? I don't know but being charged for work that was not done is shady business.
