PALs was nothing but a wonderful experience. They were all friendly from the start, and Chuck (the owner) was communicative, personable, and made sure I understood everything he was fixing. His wife was working at the front and instantly felt like family. My car was having severe issues, and they were done fixing it by lunchtime! Now its driving like a brand new car! Will certainly be using them again!

PALs is a competent, honest, and friendly shop you can trust with your vehicle. They are good people who respect their customers. Many years ago I took my VW to a VW dealer for repair. They told me they would not work on my car because the repairs would cost more than the car was worth. I told them that my paid-off car was quite valuable -- worth $400-500 a month, EVERY month (my estimate of a typical car payment at that time). If a car is maintained it will be very valuable for many years. The new car smell doesn't last, but the payments do.

I pulled in without an appointment. A dash panel light was on in my 2007 Jaguar XK. Chuck checked it out and determined that I had turned in on by mistake. There was no code or problem. He showed me how I did this. Said there would be NO CHARGE. You don't get any better help than that. I've been to Pals a number of times with problems. They are100% at fixing all of them. Prices are not cheap, but fair and work is guaranteed. Pals has my highest recommendation. Great folks.

We were stranded this week with car trouble and two hours from home. Chuck and Shelly were so kind and helpful. Chuck patiently explained my car problems and clearly knew his business! His training and years of experience were clearly apparent!! Although I had to leave my car there while parts were ordered, I felt confident that Chuck would take care of the problem. I recommend this shop without reservation. I wish they were closer to my home in Pinellas!!

Brought my 1955 Ford 800 to Chuck after looking at it determined a a new remanufactured motor best option mechanic showed me my old engine taken apart rebuild was not an option I had a feeling about that it is a 70 year old tractor was up front and honest about best experiences at a repair shop ever had can't wait to get the old Ford back to again for all your time and effort see you soon tx Les
