While traveling from Miami to Dallas, Georgia, my son’s 2012 Jeep Wrangler suffered a catastrophic serpentine belt failure that also damaged the pulleys and caused the radiator to fail. I was stranded on my trip and expected a major delay, but the team at PALS handled everything professionally and fast. They replaced the serpentine belt, repaired the pulley issues, installed a new radiator, and had me safely back on the road in less than two hours. Their diagnostic work was thorough, their communication was clear, and the pricing was fair. What impressed me even more was their respect and appreciation for veterans. Had a great experience with Nick and the team at Pals Auto in Ocala. Took it in for an issue with the transmission on a Tundra with 185k miles on it worried that we might need to replace the transmission. Had another mechanic run the codes and said it needed a new transmission. Took it to Pals, paid a very reasonable diagnostic fee and they fixed a simple loose strap and we were on our way with a healthy running transmission. While there they offered without pressure to fix some TPMS sensors that we had previously been quoted over $1200 to replace and they replaced for about $400. All in all a great experience with great communication, pricing, and integrity. Definitely will go here again!

I was stuck at the shop for most of the day while they fixed up my engine coolant leak, so I had plenty of time to observe. There is a very positive work culture in place; the tech who worked my engine has been at the shop for 21 years! The owners do right by the employees, and they seem to stick around. My engine seems to be fully functional now, and I feel confident that they'd make it right if any of the work they performed didn't hold up.

Took a bit longer than anticipated to complete the investigation for the oil leak. Additionally, as a safety note, While waiting we noticed the entry area of your facility may not be in compliance with city fire codes since the ceiling fire sprinklers are covered with plastic and tape from painting the ceiling. They won't work in the event of a fire.

What more can I say about Pal's!? Friendly service & the job done right. Need auto repair? Don't waste time with anyone else because I won't be anymore now that I've found them.

Very nice people work here. You know it is always a pain to go to the garage to get your car worked on...they make it better! I would recommend Pals to anyone.

They are over priced i would have had them do the work but me being a mechanic 3 grand for something I didnt go in for is crazy do better
