Our daughter’s Jeep began acting up while she was driving from VA to Ocala. Luckily, I (also not from the area) found PALS by googling ‘best auto repair shops in Ocala’. I could not be happier with the excellent work, and most importantly to me as a mom, Chuck (the owner) going over her Jeep at no cost, to make sure it was road worthy for her 12 hr trip back to VA. Her repair is warranted for 36 mo bc the shop belongs to a network called Technet, with shops located all over the US. Chuck and Shelly took this freaked out mom, and chilled her right out, with their excellent work!

They did my first service on my 2020 ST Explorer. Thank you Ivan. He is a great technician. Such excellent service I only let them touch my ST. Explorer.

We were traveling from out of town when my car started acting up. I pulled over and googled repair services. They were the first one to pop up. So I called them and they were able to get me in right away!! I was shocked, it was a Saturday and they seemed busy. But they got me right in and out and back in the road. My car has been running great ever since. I would highly recommend them....
