They were the best. Traveling from Fla. To Ohio our car engine started to fail, limped to an auto parts store they were next door Stoped what they were doing to analyze my problem, serious engine failure. There waere no charges, guided me to a dealership they confirmed the diagnoses. They are good people to help one in a bad situation. Thank the Lord.

I went into Pals for an issue with my airconditioner. Lester was incredible, professional and fixed my problem. While I was there Lester kept me updated the entire time. I also had the pleasure of meeting and visiting with Linda, the owner. I will always take my vehicles to them. Very grateful and appreciative. Pals is the only place I will go in the future.

I have a hybrid, so it’s very difficult finding someone to work on it, let alone someone I trust that knows what they’re doing. I brought my car in to have it diagnosed and brought it back to get it fixed. I will be bringing it back again for its next fix and any other fix going forward. They’re very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly..I don’t dread taking my car there because I know it will be treated right and won’t break my bank. 😃
