Above and beyond service from start to finish. As a classic car owner, I truly appreciate the time and dedication they put into servicing my cars. They go over the description of the problem in detail and quoted a price fairly. Finally, due to my living situation most times I am unable to pick up my vehicle, but that is never a problem, Pals have no problem dropping it off for me. This company's employees are professional, respectful, and courteous. Thank you so much. Highly recommended

The most genuine, professional, exceptional business around the ocala area I have been to. I had my toyota sienna van fixed in a very timely manner almost an in and out fashion, a water replacement which is a huge job. I dealt with the woman up front and her husband Chuck, they gave my kids a ride back to my house in their personal vehicle just to keep me from waiting there at the shop,and even offered a ride back. I have nothing but praise for Pals. The Toyota stealership asked for 3500 dollars and a week of wait of no vehicle (trying to sell me a rental service) these people at Pals are truly honest! Definitely recommend and am looking forward to giving them my business. You have earned a new customer for life!
