Outstanding customer service! Knowledgeable, expert, technicians. Pals went above and beyond. When our trailer broke down on a Saturday afternoon and we had to leave it in Ocala for repairs, and continue to Wisconsin. Upon return when picking up trailer and store was closing one technician even helped with resetting my hitch to accommodate a different tow vehicle. Impressive, professional, capable people,and service! Thanks to all at Pals.

Had my pathfinder towed here after it broke down on I-75 on the way back to Alabama. Got there at 2:30 PM on the Saturday before Labor Day. They diagnosed the problem, got the part in stalled, and had me back on the road within 3 hours. I waited on the tow truck longer than it took Pal’s to fix it.

When I was single, this was my go to place outside my Ford warranty items, and now that I am married, my go to place when my husband is too swamped to do my auto maintenance. :) The staff always knows me and does their best to accommodate me. Their service fees are fair and reasonable. They explain what they have done and also alert me to future repairs & maintenance items. Highly recommend them for all of your automotive maintenance and repair needs.
