I'm in Arizona and the 2001 Disco 2 I was shopping was in Florida. I called Pals out of the blue, Shelly answered, and I could tell right away that I'd chosen the right shop to inspect the vehicle. The dealership delivered the truck for inspection bright and early the next morning. A couple of hours later, Shelly send me a short video of the technician walking her through the few items that were found. I received a detailed summary of the inspection by email. Soon thereafter, I was on the phone with the technician who went into a bit more depth about what he'd found and then I spoke with Shelly to pay for the service. I truly appreciate both the professionalism and courtesy of the good folks at Pals.

Found these folks and they have worked on my Honda Element and HHR. They are prompt and professional and have become my auto repair shop of choice. Chuck and his wife who runs the front desk are the best and I won’t go anywhere else. Even gave me a ride home while they where servicing my vehicle. AAA+++
