We were traveling from out of state and on our way home our alternator broke! We did not know where to go and were hoping to get everything fixed as soon as possible. Our car was dropped off after business hours but they called us first thing the next morning! They were extremely helpful and had us on the road within 2 hours of calling! They were super helpful and even picked us up from the hotel!

Our car died on I-75 and we had it towed to Pals Ocala Auto Repair because they had a good rating. Chuck was AWESOME! Our Denali did not get to the shop until around 4:45 pm on a Wednesday evening. They were closing at 5 pm but said they could get to it first thing in the morning. Our son had to drive 3 hours to pick us up. So Chuck offered to take us to a restaurant of our choice where we could eat and wait for our son. The engine in our car was shot but Chuck said we could keep it there for a few days free of charge until we figured out what to do with it. A man at Pals offered to buy it off of us to fix it for his Mom. We are so GRATEFUL for the HONESTY and HOSPITALITY from everyone at Pals. They made a really bad situation better. If you live in Ocala or get stranded in Ocala like we did, Pals is THE BEST place to get your car fixed.

Vehicle trouble on the Freeway and found myself at Pal's. They got me right in, found and fixed the problem and I was back on the road in 3 hours!! Great people and great service! Thank you Lord!
