Jim and Chuck went WAY above & beyond what they had to, to get my family vehicle back on the road; and within a couple hours!!! Can't say exactly what they did, but can not express my gratitude enough for their help and service. Jim, especially, went far beyond what it ever expected of customer service, to anyone! Thank you both! As always... thank you PALS for having such wonderful, well informed, knowledgeable mechanics and staff. My go to spot, from the simplest of auto care, to major repairs, that I do not trust taking my vehicle to even the dealership of the make of my vehicle.

Charles and his wife (sorry didn't get your name) is awesome! My dad's Suburban is up there right now 6/1/2020. Getting quotes on parts now to fix my dad's vehicle. 3 year 36000mile warranty is great too. Will update when we pickup the Suburban! Thanks again! Julie

After two other mechanics worked on my car numerous times over a 9 month period...I found Pal's and I couldn't be happier. They were able to diagnosis the actual problem and repaired it within a day. My 1988 GTA has never run better ~ I will bring all five of my vehicles here for any work they may need.
