I was looking for a reputable business to give me a second opinion on my vehicle, after getting an estimate on my car from Honda of Ocala, I felt it was best to search for another to verify what problems I have. I googled places and pals popped up and it was so nice to talk with someone knew what he was talking about and was empathic to my situation. Chuck was great, I made an appointment and when I arrived he and his wife were welcoming and knowledgeable and I knew I was at the right place. Being a marine veteran’s daughter I was pleased to meet another marine Veteran. He took care of my problem for less and I will be taking my car there from now on.

The staff are super friendly and respectful. They accommodated around my work schedule to drop off and pick up my car. Checked everything that would keep me safe driving and explained in terms I could explain. In difficult times gave me a discount... thank you guys for treating me great and respectfully ☺️

All we can say is Pals was a God send, wish we had found them 10 days sooner. We had some major issues with our travel trailer and our first call for help put a bandaid on only to break down further up the road. Pals expertise and concern was invaluable. We would highly recommend them to others with any type of RV or travel trailer.
