They tried really hard and got me right in and did a fantastic job! Workers were very knowledgeable and polite! 5 stars!

The staff and everyone there was so courteous polite funny. I ended up with a flat tire and had to go to a hotel and we came back the next day and they were so courteous and quick so we could get home, we live two hours south of here and we told him about our trip, and they were so fast. If ever I’m in Ocalla again and need a car repair or something done I will definitely go to Pals

Being new to the Ocala area finding an auto repair/service facility was a challenge with so many to choose from. I found that relying on the reviews of other customers was a good indication of where to go. PALS had consistently high ratings from customers. Being able to make an appointment online was helpful and easy. When it was determined that the service on my van would take longer than expected, a ride back home was quickly arranged. Thank you Shelly. My van was taken care of, suggestions for addition maintenance were made and approved before they were performed, and I was able to it up later the same day. Thank you Chuck. Five stars for PALS.

Pals automotive is the best repair and service location in the entire Ocala area hands down. Facility is clean, tidy, people are terrific and the repair or service is completed quickly and at a fair price. I will certainly take my cars there for service and repair again.
