Pal's provided excellent service from the time I scheduled the appointment until the work was completed. They were very good providing status updates on my vehicle and completed the work when promised. I had an oil change done on my Mini S, it was the second time I visited, didn’t expect an oil change to cost $197.07 with a credit card! I will not be returning to this shop as the Mini dealership had a promotion going on that I missed! I will check around the next time the oil change is due!

This is a warm, family-friendly establishment but their time management is horrible. I set an appointment for a brake change & inspection, but about 2 hours went by with me waiting to be serviced. They did not even have the time to look at my car during the time period I was waiting. Their excuse was that if you want to be serviced at a decent time you need to book an appointment at 8AM when they first open. My advice is if you are going to offer various time slots for online booking make sure you can actually honor the scheduled time!! This was a large inconvenience for me and I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who does not have time to waste.

We apologize for the confusion, Leah, and we understand your frustration with our system. Sadly, our scheduling system was not working perfectly that week and you are not alone in your frustration. We appreciate your feedback and are currently working to resolve the issue. We do hope we can re-earn your trust and that we'll see you again at the next service visit. Next time, we'll do our best there are no scheduling issues. :-)

They Were Very Professional And Nice . The Wait Time Wasn’t Long Plus It’s An Arby’s Right Across The Street To Kill Time . I Had My Kids With Me And They We’re Pleasant To My Kids They Gave Them Candy, Put On Rachel On The Tv For Them And Gave Them Toys While Doing a Great Job Fixing My Rotors And Brake Pads . Thank You For Giving Me a Good Experience
