I read about Pals Ocala Auto Repair on a Montana RV forum. We had 2 axles that had to be replaced on our Montana RV and Pals Ocala Auto Repair was the place to do the job. When I called and asked for an appointment Chuck was able to fit me the next day a 8am...WOW! They arranged the axles pickup and as soon as we arrived with the RV and the new axles Chuck got his highly trained technicians to start the work. The work was done quickly and professionally. Thank you for your honesty, your punctuality and a job well done! I highly recommend this shop for all your mechanical needs! And...ask for Chuck!

Pals employees are so very responsive, helpful and caring. Late on a Friday afternoon, just before they were to close, I had some kind of battery or electrical problem. Without hesitation, they took my car right in, evaluated the problem and fixed it! Their professionalism, auto expertise and kindness were just what I needed. I highly recommend them!

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Everyone very attentive and helpful. I went in for a perceived brake issue. They provided a free inspection and said it was just sand on the disc that caused a squeaking noise. I will definitely return when I need to replace them.
