Thank you Chuck, Shelly and the team at Pals for getting my transmission replaced with such urgency! Chuck took the time to go over my options with me as far as getting my truck running again and really helped me to understand the best way to maintain my new one as far as regular maintenance. We usually have a larger corporate auto shop work on all of our vehicles, but with their slacking customer service, I can confidently say that Pals will be our newest repair shop. Thank you guys for making a terrible vehicle situation into a great experience.

By far the most honest, kindest people I have run into in a very long time! Chuck and his wife make you feel so comfortable, and make you feel like a part of the PALS family as soon as you walk in the door. I will be back for any further car repairs or oil changes!
