Excellent service. Needed brake work but didn't realize I needed so much more. Corrosion from salt in the northern states had caused problems! He took the time to point out what was happening. His wife drove us home so we didn't have to sit there all day. The truck runs beautiful now!! And sooooo smooth. Thank you for all your hard work. We will continue to return to Pal's in Ocala for all our automotive repairs!

Excellent service! Very knowledgable anf friendly. Had to have brake work done. Chuck took the time to explain the issues involved with corrosion and discussed a detailed plan to repair. Excellent repair shop. Truck runs great!!! So much smoother. Since it was going to be a full day job, he asked his wife to drive us home so we wouldnt be sitting there all day waiting.He did an excellent job! Will definitely go back

I was very thankful to Pals. We broke down on I75 at 4pm but able to get the car to Pals. They were very helpful and and fast acting to get my family back on the road again as we were traving and not from the area. I watched as another couple came in with the same kind of emergency. And Pals stayed late to get us all on the road again . Friendly trustworthy people!.
