I was very thankful to Pals. We broke down on I75 at 4pm but able to get the car to Pals. They were very helpful and and fast acting to get my family back on the road again as we were traving and not from the area. I watched as another couple came in with the same kind of emergency. And Pals stayed late to get us all on the road again . Friendly trustworthy people!.

Great all around service

Even when they are busy, they try to work around my schedule- and even fit me in most times. Chuck (shop manager)are very personable and knowledgeable. Pat and Linda (owners) are also very personable and always try to be accommodating. Every time I have come in, I have heard them tell someone (and myself) honest answers that save the customer money (which is money out of their pocket). The mechanics do a great job! I like giving my business to local people, especially when they are ethical.

While traveling from Winter Garden, FL to Pensacola, FL in hopes of spending time with my aunt who was terminally ill. Less than an hour into my trip my alternator light came on. I pulled over and Google'd mechanics near me. I didn't receive an answer from the first number I dialed. I called the second number and it was an absolute answer to my prayers. Mr. Patrick not only answered; he listened. He gave me directions to his shop and reassured me that if my car didn't make it, he would send the tow truck to pick me up. My experience only got better from there. The entire staff went out of their way to assist me in getting my car repaired.
