Great place and staff. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Had to wait a few hours for a full synthetic oil change but for the price I’d say it was worth it. Would very much recommend. Conveniently located. 10 stars.

I brought my car into Pals Ocala Auto repair because my "check engine" light was on. Even though they were busy, Chuck took the time to look at my car, scanned codes, and identified the problem as an issue with my oxygen sensor. He did a re-set, the light went out and remained out, indicating the sensor was working. This was done at no charge. When it's time to replace that sensor, I will take my car back to Pals because of the customer service, even though I live 12 miles from the shop. I would recommend them to anyone needing service or repair on their vehicle. They have a great warranty.

I called for a quote and had the option of coming in the same day. I chose the next morning. I was continually in touch with the Manager regarding my vehicle. I have an appointment to get my vehicle repaired this coming week and have to leave it for a half day. When I asked if there was a shuttle service to take me home, they said they would pick up my vehicle on their way into the shop.

They were able to get my truck in and fixed within the same day. Very friendly people and accommodating. Reasonable pricing was a plus.

I would like to start by saying that the customer service we received from Chuck & Shelly and their crew was amazing, they worked us in on a Very busy saturday for New Brakes & Rotors on our 2016 Mazda 6, and there work was exceptional and their hospitality was even better, we enjoyed getting to know you both and loved Meeting everyone and do look forward to seeing you guys again when were ready for any service we will come to you. As a handyman my van is my life! I had a lot of people tell me that I need a new transmission or that I need all this other work done. Thanks to Pals my van runs like it's new again!
