I’d recommend this business to absolutely everyone! I had a nightmare road trip 12 hours away from home where a metal something on the road tore my gas tank completely open. I was alone and nearly hysterical, but Chuck and his wife worked tirelessly to find a replacement tank, a place for me to stay while waiting on it to come in, a ride to an awesome hotel nearby, and a ton of reassurance that everything was going to be okay. I don’t know what would have happened had I not ended up there. They are very kind, genuinely good people who made the worst day ever not quite so bad! Definitely check them out!

Had the Kia at another shop that could not figure out why my brake peddle was soft and near the floor. I took the car to Chuck at Pals. He found a leak in the brake lines between the master cylinder and the ABS Module. Attempted to order replacement brake lines from Kia only to discover they were not available. Chuck through tremendous effort managed to fabricate these brake lines. Finding the proper odd ball size fittings proved to be quite a challenge. However, Chuck made the parts and fixed my brakes. I do not know of any other place on the planet that would have gone to this effort to make the repair. We were not even charged for all the time they spent sourcing the bits and pieces it took to make this repair. Pals is now my "Go to" shop for any auto repairs. Reasonable prices & expert service on any brand of auto. They also work on "Exotic" and collector cars. Finding this shop was our lucky day.

The most genuine, professional, exceptional business around the ocala area I have been to. I had my toyota sienna van fixed in a very timely manner almost an in and out fashion, a water replacement which is a huge job. I dealt with the woman up front and her husband Chuck, they gave my kids a ride back to my house in their personal vehicle just to keep me from waiting there at the shop,and even offered a ride back. I have nothing but praise for Pals. The Toyota stealership asked for 3500 dollars and a week of wait of no vehicle (trying to sell me a rental service) these people at Pals are truly honest! Definitely recommend and am looking forward to giving them my business. You have earned a new customer for life!
