We bought a pre owned Lexus SC 430 convertible as a holiday gift to ourselves. Got it all tuned up, was perfect except for the Open Roof button that was misbehaving. Found out about PALS, and they had the proper software to make the repair! What a bonus! We are so thrilled and grateful. PALS is the place to go! Great technicians! Thank you!

Told me they’d fix my window regulator for me for $200 then an hour later told me that was just an inspection fee and it would be an additional $700 for them to change it out

I'm not sure how we did not meet your expectations, except that you wanted free work. We took about an hour taking your door panel off, checked the switch and motor, then made sure the window was placed in the up position per the conversation we had. I reviewed your repair order and offered to apply the amount already paid to the cost of the part, leaving only the labor, offering a significant discount.
