The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and fixed my vehicle well and in short order. Moreover, unlike many shops, you could actually see the work that was being done on your vehicle and talk to the staff doing it. I was kept completely up to date on what was taking place without my even having to ask. I do not hesitate in recommending Pals.

Incredible service, quick and efficient oil change! Great location, located next to Arby’s on State Road 200. I dropped my vehicle off and went next door for lunch. By the time I finished eating, my vehicle was ready. It doesn’t get any better than that! Thank you PALS of Ocala!!!
