We stopped in to have my A/C evacuated so we could repair it on our own. They were able to get to it almost immediately. They were honest about labor costs up front and the time spent on the vehicle. The owner and staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They have created an environment where you are more than comfortable to ask questions and they answer those questions completely. And, for all those less common car types out there, they know how to work on foreign cars! This was my first time in the shop, and I have just found the place I will be bringing my Fiat if we can't do the work ourselves. Thank you, Pals!

Had great experience with Pals I double book myself by mistake. I forgot about my appointment after I was leaving my first appointment I got a call from the shop Former asking was I coming to my appointment just happened to be passing by Pals made a U -turn and was greeted with a smile thank ! Note Costco reference me to Pals so I felt comfortable with the establishment.
