Chuck and Shelly are the BEST! Since moving to Ocala two years ago, we have relied on their services for our three cars and truck. Honest, fair, friendly, and timely, they are service-oriented and provide excellent work. There is no corner-cutting, shoddy labor, or off-brand parts. Their work is "one and done," service that appears to be rare here. What's more, they go out of their way to provide quick and reliable help. Frankly, we wouldn't go anywhere else. First time visiting location and made me feel at home told them my issues and did exactly that not pricey at the same time within budget and went completely out of their way to deliver my vehicle due to work schedule. Chuck made us feel like family and made the impossible possible. One fact I live by everything is possible and you get what you pay for

I have a 1957 T-Bird and I had trouble keeping it running. Had the car towed to Pal's and was very happy with them. The staff was very knowledgeable and fixed the car in a very reasonable time frame and at a decent price. Will definitely use them again.

Great people and great service! Had two other places work on our vehicle and got it back both times with the problem still there. Pals definitely knows what they are doing and can fix problems on older vehicles. I highly recommend Chuck and his mechanics at Pals Auto repair.

Great and fast. Took my car in at 1pm because the power driver's side window on my Town and Counrty minivan made an awful noise and then fell into the door and would not come back up. They had my car done by 3pm. Great work.
