Excellent customer service ! I was hesitant to bring my Maserati anywhere but to dealer for repairs. Pals was very knowledgeable and repaired my car promptly and expertly!

I had my car serviced here for the 1st time. Great experience. I normally used the dealer I bought the car from for service, however they take 2.5hrs for an oil change and sales people hover over you trying to sell. I am going to have all my future service done by Pal's. An added bonus all work they do is recorded in car fax. This is good when you sell your car and to keep the warntee inact.
