Fifty plus years and I've never had a better experience with a mechanic. We were involved in a multi car accident on the interstate and the tow truck dropped us at Pals after hours. The staff was kind, the service was incredible, the prices were more than fair. They took a lot of time to make sure we understood our options and were flexible about the choices we made. I haven't had a mechanic I trusted enough to call "mine" in decades. I wish Pals was close enough to do all our service. If you are lucky enough to live nearby you would be smart to choose them. I took my car in after having a great experience with the repair of a work vehicle. Everything was explained clearly and expectations were given for every step and costs involved. After some immediate repairs were completed, I am ready to have a few more items addressed. The personal attention from all the employees made a big difference from other shops. Chuck is such an asset to Pals! I can say that I am very happy with my experience.
